stock speaker size??
By that I mean the stock monsoon amp isn't very powerful and has oddball ohm ratings on the speakers. The doors and B-pillars are 2ohms so when you run 4ohm speakers it effectively halves power that is already inadequit. The simplest solution, and the cheapest, is to buy an aftermarket headunit and run new speaker wires from it's internal amp to the four speakers. From there you can add a sub and amp and then a 4ch amp to run the speakers instead of the HU, which will have relatively low power.
How much of a budget are you willing to dedicate to this? That's a good place to start. An okay head unit will run around $200 and okay speakers will run about $100 a pair. Speaker wire is pretty cheap, about $20. So you are looking at around $450 once everything is shipped, you can go up or down a little from there depending on gear. I personally only run front speakers,as do many audiophiles, so that may be an option for you if you are interested.
