stealthbox

Just wandering if anyone has the blueprints for the stealthbox because I want to make my own. I have t-tops so I will need the prints for the box that fits in the wheel wells, both passenger and drivers side. I will be using 10" subs.

thanks
Josh

you can check the jlaudio.com website and check for the owner's manual on stealthboxes... that might help you, but i'm not sure if that's legal to take their design without their permission.

Has anyone made a custom box for their wheelwells it doesn't have to be exactly like the stealthbox.
If so what did you use to mount them and how hard were the boxes to make

thanks

This may sound stupid but why don't you just take some measurements and start cutting some wood?

That doesn't sound stupid at all I just want to make sure I get the right airspace for the sub.

I haven't seen one of the boxes up close so I just wnated to know how the box fits all the nooks and crannies and also how it mounts in the back of the car

thanks

I bought a used fiberglass stealthbox off my local board here. Paid $160.00 canadian, that's around $100.00 US. It goes in the drivers rear cubby with a JL Audio 10W6 and amps on the backwall to preserve t-top space. Also adding JL Audio CXI and CXL replacement speakers all around and a Alpine IVA dvd screen/headunit combo.
