Hey my passenger side door speaker randomly turns on and off. LIke if I go over a big bump or something than it will turn back on, or turn off if it is working. Also when I open the door, usually around halfway it will open, and then anymore and it will turn back off. What is up with this? It is frustrating as anything and is driving me crazy!!! Some people told me it is blown, but I don't think so because it is on off, and works great when its on. Another person said its probably grounding out somehwere or has a wiring problem. WHere should I look to try and find the source of the problem?

 

Start by checking the speaker connections in the door, make sure they are not loose. I have the monsoon system in my Z and the driverside sub did the same thing. Found out the connector was loose.
