Need help with new radio and backseat speakers

I just installed a pioneer DEH-P3600 in my 94 Trans am replacing my factory tape deck /w equalizer. Everything works fine except that the backseat speakers (not the ones in trunk). I notice that the new connector (adapter) only had 4 speaker outputs, but I thought that maybe the backseat speakers and trunk speakers were tied in some how. I also know there are 2 wires on the factory connector that are not being used. How do I go about getting all 6 speakers working like they were with the factory stuff?

Thanks
