3. im looking into jl audio w6 or 7 in a 12 inch or even a 10. whats amp brands do you guys suggest.

4. what speaker brands do you guys recommend for all my component speaker?

i dont know much about speakers and things of this sort but i know when i go to local shops they are ripping people and are very way to into selling themselves instead of allowing me to ask question and get my business. I need help please guys

I would run 6 1/2's in the front doors and rear panels. If you descide you have to have tweeters I have found they sound the best low on the a pillar facing the center of the windshield. I wouldn't worry about the very back speakers. I would look into speakers from Infinity, Polk, MB Quart, Diamond, Focal. Look at amps from Zapco, JL, KIcker, PG, Rockford. Depending on how much bass you want you could use one or two woofers from any of the above names companies. You can use a 2 channel on the highs but a four channel would ginve you move options.

I'm an MB Quart fan....you just have to watch how loud you set the tweeters on the crossovers (they can be harsh if not setup properly). I picked up a set of RCE-216 components (6.5") for under $200 shipped. I highly recommend them.
