Many problems

I'm guessing this is an electical problem, so here goes.

Alright, There something really messed up with me electical system. Around last november I was in my car with it idleing at wal*mart where I was talking to some friends. The radio was on and my interior neons were on. All the sudden the car started to die, but then picked back up, but i heard the radio antenna go down. I get into my car and realized that my windows, radio, rear defog, side view mirrors, and convertible top don't work. I figured it was a blown fuse, but it wasn't. Then I got a voltmeter and found out I had no hot lead in the fuse panel to the window fuse and the radio fuse. So I got an inline fuse and put one end in the left side of a fuse block I knew worked, and the other in the negative terminal on the radio fuse block and then I had radio. I did the same to the windows. Now recently, the windows won't work at all, but the radio still works this way. I'm getting really tired of it doing this. Anyone have some idea's on how I can fix these problems?

I think you spread out the fuse holder in the fuse block? that is why that fuse link deal may not work b/c it is not connecting? just a guess. I thought you had that stuff fixed for a while?

Honestly, at this point I'd be making a trip to the dealership. Sounds like you may be in a little over your head. I know, I know it's expensive, but sometimes it's REALLY worth it. Believe me, I hate admiting I can't fix something, but at some point it becomes more useful to have it working than for me to be pigheaded and proud.
