Ground issue?

Alright the car has an aftermarket radio, while driving the radio will randomly shut off and i have to turn it back on. This reset all of my radio stations so i know it's losing power. There are 2 wires in the harness that are bare wire, one for one of the front speakers and the other is one of the rear speaker wires they are not touching but is this normal? I doubt it is, also the other day my dome light was acting up so i tried moving it a lil bit and it sparked, blew my fuse controlling all of my dome lights and killed the radio at the same time... they have separate fuses and the radio fuse was unharmed..????? also these problems didnt start until one day i honked my horn and the fuse blew and turned off my radio, found out that the horn wires were grounding out up front in the header panel area, fixed that problem and now the horns are fine but this radio problem is frequent. im confused anyone have similar problem? I just bought this car and whoever did the system before didn't know how to wire and now there is no wires to either rear speaker locations so im trying to fix the wrongs.
