Getting the Rockford Fosgate 9300 deck installed tomorrow night! :)
Struck a good deal at a local dealer clearing these out, and I'll be getting it installed this week.
The silver of the deck will match pretty good the newly silver painted interior pieces of my trans am.
I can't wait to be able to play mp3z in my car....i'm tireed of having 4-5 cd cases kickin around in my car.
anyone have this deck?

Yeah, I've got a RFX9300 in my 95 Z28 that I bought for around $200 on Ebay. My local dealer wanted $450, so I took a chance and went online. Unfortunately for me, after a couple months of the unit working fine I'm now having problems with sparatic error messages about the Transverse motor (error 6), the disk not ejecting, and the unit cutting the power from one of my amps (running mids/highs). All this happens off and on, and seems to be getting worse. Not sure if the problem is the the unit in general, or just if the guy I bought if from broke it. BUT, when the unit is working it seems to be a quality piece. The 5v preamp output makes it sound really clean. Hopefully you won't have the same problems I do if your unit is new
. Good luck!
