Re: Firewall Hole?
To get to the one most people use, remove the ECU and you cant miss it. Feel free to clear out the leaves and crap while youre at it. take down the black plastic cover under yur glove box and then fish it through. make sure to tape the wire to keep it water proof. Oh, and I didnt remove my ECU, I just crammed my hand down and pulled it half way up. Youll hafta remove part of the cowling to take it all the way out.
Re: Firewall Hole?
Like stated earlier, most people just run it through the PCM/ECU bushing on the PS firewall. Depending on how large your power wire is, you may end up making your own hole. 00 wire doesn't fit well through that grommet
Re: Firewall Hole?
Thanx for the response.
I went behind the ECU b/c my battery is on that side and the cable wasn't long enough for anything else. Also...for those out there with large hands, you dont have to remove anything to get the ECU out, just takes a little patience
The bracket that holds it is just 2 bolts...but it is a tight , tight fit.
Thanx again!

Re: Firewall Hole?
Be careful when loosing up the 2 bolts that hold the pcm bracket to the car.
In doing mine, they were both rusted inplace. I realized this after I snapped the head of one. I let the other one be and instead removed the passenger side cowling (black stuff under the wipers), to gain access to the hole.
