Electrical Problem

Welp... just bought a used 94 camaro saturday....

Everything worked fine until i lifted up the the control panel on the drivers side door that contains the windows, lock and mirror adjustment controls, becuase the panel was loose and i wanted to see why...

The wires that connected to the windows controls plastic wire harness were loose becuase the black plastic backing on the wire harness wasn't attached. So when i lift up the platic panel all the wires fell out of the harness. Luckily i have an older brother with a Z28 so i just look at which wires went where in his vehicle....

I'm pretty sure i have all the wires back the way they are suppose to be, but my entire control panel on either doors do not work. I'm also pretty sure i don't have any loose wires and it maybe just a blow fuse somewhere, becuase when the wire became disattached from the harness they did some in contact with other wires and did create a spark...

I checked the 30A fuse in the fuse box, which is still working.... I'm not sure what to do...

Most likey have to take it back to the dealer to have them check it out, which i'm guessing may cost me quite a bit of money...

any sugestions before i take it to the dealer would be helpful...

well if the fuse is still good then you must not have connected the wires back properly. This would also cause the passenger side to work because when the driver side isnt hooked up then the pass. side will not operate. So if I understood right some of the wires fell out of the plastic harness, when you put them back they must have either gone into the wrong hole or are not conducting. I would really make sure you have the wires back right before you brought it to the dealer they will charge $75 just to look at it.
