Hello everyone-

I was wondering if anyone had plans for a box that held two 12" subs that they would like to share with me. I really want to put a stereo in my 94z but i cant really afford to pay for a custom box.

i dont have plans but, take a look at the sig for the custom box i made, i just started cuttign wood. it holds 2-15"s and takes up the entire trunk. hits hard.

 

IS there a box underneath the top piece or is it just the top board. Your stereo looks really good there is not doubt that hits pretty hard.

its not a complete "BOX" it has a top,front,back,left,right but not a bottom. if i remove the sub you can see the carpet. I did it this way so that i can have some extra air space, plus this way i can use the air space thats in the rear bottom. i think i have about 4.2cubic ft of air space.

the box is pretty much seal since i screwed the box down and i used 100%silicon to hold it down. there is no air leak.

 

Does anyone have info on making a fiberglass box i have been doing some research and this seems like the best way to maximize air space
