Bose Problems, need advise

Well I picked up my '95 Z28 saturday..and I absolutely love it..great car.

one problem. It's got the factory Delco Bose system, and later on the night that I got it the radio started acting up. It seems like its loosing power intermittently or something..like one of the connections is loose. The radio will flicker and go on and off, which gets very annoying.

I know the whole unit is losing power because when I turn the radio off, the clock dosplay flickers just the same. Sometimes it does it at random, sometimes on rough roads, and sometimes not at all. Bear with me here, I'm no good at audio..or any electronics for that matter so If anybody could lead me in the right direction as to what commections to check, where and how, it would be a huge help!

thanks in advance!

Pull the radio out of the dash and check the connections in back. It may be a loose plug. Another possiblity is that the factory harness was cut off and replaced when the owner decided to sell the car. If the harness was spliced back together there may be a bad connection.
