need help creating a setup...

I have these subs picked out.

http://www.circuitcity.com/ssm/Kicke...oductDetail.do

There kicker 12''s... anyone have any idea if they are good subs. Im not looking to spend no more than what they cost and i will be getting two of them. (i listen to mostly rap because i like hard hitting bass, so im looking for somethnig that handles good for that type of music.)

I need help finding a custom enclosure for my 97 camaro, and i need help with the right amp.

thanks

Those are pretty good subs. You might also look in to Alpine type-r's. They are also very good subs. Both will perform well with limited space.

And for a box...look here...

you cannot beat that with comparable equipment.

I'm not crazy about Kickers' recent lineup of subs. As a long time Kicker customer, I feel they've fallen from glory.

The L7 Solobaric is the only thing they have that's still worth a damn. IMO.

Yeah, especially since most 1,000+ watt amps are over $300. My current RF amp is only 900w and it was over $300 like 5 years ago. I have eD subs in my car now and I like them better than anything I've ever had. My only wish is that someone offered me a deal like that before I spent a heck of a lot more on the RF and Kicker gear I started with.

Anyone who buys a eD sub off me and doesn't like it within the first few days, I will buy it back. That's how stronly we feel you'll like them once you try them Give them a chance, that is all we ask.

Wow look at the magnets on those subs. What kind of excursion do those things manage? eD? I've never heard of them.

I should try a pair out. Do you have standard run of the mill trunk enclosures?
