Better than stock? Bose question,

I have a 93 Camaro w/ the 3 speaker Bose system. I want to replace the stock speakers (blown) with speakers that are just as good or with ones that are better than the original. I heard that the stock speakers are 2ohm speakers and that by putting 4ohm speakers in their place will basicaly ruin the sound and not have it as crisp and over all as nice-sounding as it is supposed to be. I'm looking for speakers to put in the door and for a speaker to put in the rear shelf. So basically, what are the best 2ohm speakers (within a reasonable price) that meet or exceed stock Bose requirements. Thank you in advance,

Ok, I've been doing some homework on my situation and I have some preliminary conclusions (Tell me if I am correct).

1.) The stock Bose unit plays at a higher level than aftermarket components, so if I replace the Bose speaker with a 4ohm aftermarket speaker, the sound quality will be off and not as full as the stock speaker setup.

2.) If I am to replace my stock Bose speakers, I should just go ahead and buy a component system and replace the individual amps as well so the music will sound more full.

3.) There are no direct 2ohm 6.5" or 6.75" speakers to replace the Bose speakers and if I wish to replace a broken or blown speaker and still maintain the Bose-quality sound, I should just find good Bose speakers from another Camaro and put them in.

Is that basically the reality of my current dilemma? If so, I'm just going to get 3 Infinity component systems and call it a day.......

If you replace your speakers to 4 ohm, you have to replace your head unit so that it will put out 4 ohms as well. You can't mix and match impendance

Yea, I know that. I already have a JVC Kamelion HU in there. I just wanted some 2ohm speakers to replace my blown stockers, but I'm probably just going to get a few componant systems and throw them in there and call it a day, lol.
