Actualy omnidirectional accoustics is pretty cool. Someday each passenger in a vehicle will be able to listen to their own audio source. I don't know how the sound quality or level will compare to conventional speakers but it is an interesting concept. They modulate the audible signal on two different ultrasonic wavefronts (off opposite polarity) and target them at the listeners ear. The ultrasonic wavefronts cancel each other out and the listener can hear the original signal only in a small region of the vehicle.
I just got a kick out of how he tried to make Bass sound like some big evil.
