This should really be posted in "The Lounge"..... it isn't LT1 specific.

I'm using a K40 Jammer License plate frame. It works great in conjunction with my laser absorbing clear cover. The cops always shot the license plate and it goes off right away
I have my radar detecter mounted in the corner at the top of the windshield post.
It works great there and is not noticed by cops even if they're in your face.

Those sound great but how much do they cost.....plus considering that you have to use them in conjunction with other radar detectors

Google on "laser jammer tests" and read all about it.

I think I paid 220.00 for the K40 Laser Jammer plate frame and 30.00 for the clear diffusing cover.

Just 1 big ticket will cost more plus all the grief.

AHHHH active radar jammers are illegal, active lasar jammers are not illegal in 48 states I believe. Please know the facts before
posting.

And my front plate is on the air dam so that's not a good place for mine and since I want to know where to mount it on my LT1 I don't see how it's a lounge topic.

Umm yes active jammers are illegal in TX just so you know buddy. As far as your crack about this not being a lounge topic, just because it's LT1 related does not automatically mean it should not be in the lounge. Besides, if you would just obey the posted speed limit laws, you wouldn't have to worry about it anyway. Oh well, it's your ticket and expenses not ours. Maybe YOU should know the facts before posting
