The CD player in our Camaro is no longer working.

A friend of mine who has a 05 Colorado recently went the aftermarket way with a couple of subs and amps and such, along with a new deck.

He's willing to give me his stock player for my Camaro - which I'd be psyched about because it will play MP3's.

I doubt that it's an easy in and out - but.........can it be made to work?

 

If I recall correctly, the radio in the 05's and up is double din, so it probably wont fit into the din and a half of the 97. As far as wiring goes, just head to a best buy or circuit city, get a harness for your 97, and a reverse harness for the 05, and match up the wires
