BUT -- There's always a but -- things change on a whim. Being as the document was from december, looking back on it now it's outdated and wrong. Maybe the mods that be will be more willing to allow someone to post it? Maybe not? I'm not willing to get banned just to find out.

The infamous cleveland_e.pdf file has made many waves that it was released to the public, because I know when I personally talked to a few insiders, the very mentioning of the document seemed to make them grow sour for a few minutes.
