States may get some say in emissions regulation
That said, i'm all for stricter fuel economy standards, and by this boards standards would probably be considered a flaming liberal.
Well, I think this could either be a good thing or a bad thing
Good: the emissions and gas-mileage hippie crap will start to get a move on after idk, 50 years of staying nearly the same.
BAD: My friend had a R33 Skyline GTR he imported. It wasnt road legal in the U.S so he couldnt drive it on the roads in the U.S. Well, some how word broke out that he owned one. Customs seized it, and he never could get it back.
What I'm afriad is they'll start doin the same with these regulations, if you import a car from another state and they find out, that they'll take it. It would be a mess.
