So whats the officail word 06/07

I have been out of the loop for a while, and when I read a post in here, it sounds like everyone is for sure that there is going to be and 07 model coming out in 06. Is this the officail word???

There is no "official" word.

You won't get an "official" word till the car's on an auto show stand, all the development work's been done, & the plant's partially set up.

For examples, see Solstice, C6 Corvette, & Cobalt.

GM doesn't announce new cars anymore till they are about to make them.

Yeah, nothing official.

I had a question. Say the car is to debute mid 2006 as a 2007 model as speculation seems to indicate, what's the earliest a concept version would be shown? 2005?

...........actually no, they're discussing if GM is going to bring back the Camaro in 2007..............that has been the strongest "rumour" - for lack of a better term - that has been floating around recently. Obviously GM would want to keep this info "hush, hush" until closer to the time.

I have an inside source at GM about the Camaro.

The car will come out in 05' for 06'.

Very limited production.
There's only 1 being made.

For me.

Too bad.

It will be nice when GM announces something so all of the speculation will stop.
