Good afternoon, Camaro and Firebird Friends in Atlanta and Richmond ...

I will be coming to your cities for the Auto Shows next week......

If you would like to get together and talk about all things Camaro/Firebird, here's my schedule:

Wednesday, March 12 -- meet at the Marriott Atlanta Airport -- 4711 Best Road in College Park.....9:00 pm (Nine) in the main lobby where we will retire to the lobby bar/lounge.........

Thursday, March 13 -- meet at the Marriott - Richmond -- 500 East Broad Street in Richmond... 8:00pm (Eight) in the main lobby -- again, retire to the lobby bar/lounge.

I wish you were going to be closer to Charlotte, I would have definitely come out to meet you, Atlanta (3.5 hours) and Richmond (3 hours) are a little far to travel during the week. Hopefully some day you could swing down here for one of the shows!

When and where (in Dallas) is the Dallas show? Pontiac was supposed to have the 04 GTO at the Oklahoma City show this weekend but they screwed us! No GTO! Said it's in Cleveland. Surely they'll have one of the GTO's at Dallas.... might be worth it for me to make the 3 hour drive south 'o the Red River.

 

Ya, GTO was in Cleveland... but SS was not there, nor was Cadillac Sixteen

Hey Mr. Planet, this is the "other" Scott from our meeting in Richmond. I just wanted to thank you again for answering all my questions in a candid, upfront, way...

Note to others: If Red says he's going to be someplace, you owe it to yourself to be there...Never before in my life has someone so connected and involved in the industry had a casual, no-bull conversation about what's going on...Now that I have a better understanding, I know GM's future is bright with guys like Lutz and Red at the helm (unless the economy goes straight into the crapper).

 

Great guy. Really worth the trip!
