How about the Chevy Vomit. Cause that's what it's gonna make me do everytime I see it and think of Camaro...

How about Chevy "Carb-Conscious" and they can market it to all the Atkins Diet nuts...

In all seriousness though, Chimera is a cool name, but just doesn't have that ring to it.

Deuce or Deucy

It can come out in the year 2002, and be the new Deuce coupe, and take over when Camaro production ends.

Chevy Duecy...yeah.

If the FWD Monte Carlo will be dying when the Zeta comes out , I say just use the Monte Carlo name . Its already established in todays market and its a car that sells quite well for what it is . Great car with a proven nameplate that doesnt carry emotional baggage is the way to go . I would avoid the name chevelle like the plague . Like the GTO , GM will be damned if they do and damned if they don't , and it will be another case of a AWESOME car thats thrown to the side because it isnt an exact re-incarnation of a 70 chevelle SS .

maybe i've played a little too much GTA, but I don't know why names like "Cheetah" or "Infernus" couldn't be used (you have to admit, Infernus is one HELL of a name! )...outside of that, I always liked geographical/racing venue names....Modena, LeMans, Monte Carlo, Talledega, Daytona (I know they are all used)...Maybe a Chevy "Indy?"

Citation? Chevette?
How about naming it after a famous city? Chicago?

I like Corsair, but it's been taken before. As in Ford Corsair....

I think it was associated with the Edsel in some way too.

How about the Chevy Chase??? Hmmm sounds familiar....

Ok...serious now. How about Chevy Chicane.

Chicane: An "S" like track configuration generally designed on a fast portion of a track to slow cars. Also referred to as "esses" or a "switchback."
