how about Mars after a certain "Red Planet" we all know. or atleast a color called red planet. thatd be pretty cool.
Also thinking about it, Camaro closely comes from the french word for companion. Since we should be boycotting the french, we should do the complete opposite. like call it Enemy in American... so the Chevy French???
Im starting to feel a more agressive name like Ikuzo (it goes/ it can f*cking go (ive heard different things) in japanese) (although it is a homonym i am comming (and with perverted mindes replace the o with u...
)) or maybe kyouteki = powerful enemy/ rival tekii =hostility/enemy

While the F4U Corsair was indeed the bad mamba jamba, Chevrolet Corsair seems to have an odd ring to me. And Ford already named their pony car after a WWII fighter
On the other hand, since a corvette is a fast warship and a corsair can mean swift pirate ship, maybe it would be the alter ego of the Vette.

If we are naming it after a racing venue, Chevy Bristol, or maybe Chevy Laguna Seca, or just the Chevy Seca.
If you are naming it after a plane, definetly call it the Chevy SR-22 or maybe the Chevrolet BlackBird pic
