I prefer the crisper lines of the CTS, but this is still a very handsome car. I just hope Cadillac doesn't keep softening the lines with each successive new model.

Honestly, I'm a little disappointed. It isn't bad but it isn't distinguished enough from a CTS IMO, which is the exact thing I was afraid would happen.

I really like it. I was worried that the back end might not look right when we just saw the front pic, but it looks very nice. I do wish the lines were a little more crisp but I still think the STS was executed well. The interior looks great too. It has more of a resemblence to the XLR than CTS. The only thing is the gauges look very minimalistic but I guess that is like the XLR as well. Also, the "C" pillar is huge.............not that it matters to me.

i could have sworn vertical tails were the devilles trademark, and the sevilles went horizontally.... Oh well, aside from the lights being too thin (IMO) i say it looks very good

This pretty much is exactly how I feel...

I like it a lot, but I get worried the theme is beign "softened" as well.

I think it still carries the AS design perfectly. The car looks just as good as I thought it would. This car will do fine, but I would like the interior to be more snazy. More chrome or polished metals.

as much as I would like to see the LS2 in the STS, I would rather like to see a northstar engine supercharged or turbocharged for teh V model. Keep the LS2 for the CTSV. A Supercharged or turbocharged northstar could make some serious power.
As for the V12...save that for the S/7 series fighter to come.
