I'm not 100% sure you are being serious or not, but just in case you are:

Definately not going to be VB for two simple reasons. VB is a popular beer brand here, and Holden have already had a VB Commodore - in fact, it was the very first Commodore model (1978 I believe).

VB is what's been bounced to me. Fact is, VE is a press creation, and isn't what Holden is calling it thus far.

I agree (not with the beer bit - I can't stand it )

Since this car is a new platform, unlike every V-car prevoiusly, I would not be surprised if the platform letter code changed completely.
