Yes, the Crossfire IS somewhat claustrophobic.

But, have you seen what those things are selling for now??!!!

These things are selling for next to nothing (even the SRT-6!!).

We're talking about a car that is actually a Mercedes Benz. It's last-gen SLK with both S & C-class parts, assembled in Germany by Karmann.... even the engine is Mercedes Benz

Crossfires may be cramped, but at the prices they are selling at (and the SRT-6's 4.8 second sprint to 60 mph), it's actually not a bad deal... almost a steal.

Yeah, they are pretty neat and I really liked the style of the car, but wow. If I adjusted the seat so that my head didn't hit the roof my knees were in the dash, if I took care of the knee problem my head was in the roof.

I didn't think there was a car I couldn't fit into out there until the Crossfire, and I'm talking S2000, Mini (both old and new), Miata, any gen vette, Chevette for that matter , MG, 911, Boxter, ect. I can even fit in the SLK.

In any event I found it surprising I had such tough time with the Crossfire.

I'm 5'10 and my head touches the ceiling of the Crossfire. It's a future car show oddity for sure, but give it time,it may turn out to be a modern Reatta.

You just have to take your time adjusting the seat. I am 6'4" and had the same feeling when I first drove the 05 mustang. I bought a 08 last March and it fits me like a glove once the seat is adjusted just right. A combination of moving the seat, reclining and adjusting the tilt of the seat. I have a 5 speed so it would be impossible to drive if I were hitting my knees! But I will say this, if my wife drives it for some reason it takes like 15 minutes in the driveway to make it perfect again!

i owned that car for 6 months and i never found a position i liked. either my knees here in the dash or my arms were stretched out. if the steering wheel had a reach adjustment i think i'd be ok with it.

does the 2010 have a reach adjustment?

Quite impressive. However, I still prefer the look of the current 500. A guy I know has a black one that I just love. Nothing like the sound of one either.
