Help kick ford's butt!!!!
One thing I noted from the NBC broadcast from NAIAS was how similar the new Lexus grill is to the Taurus. Who copied who, I have no idea. However if the new upscale Taurus starts getting cross shopped with the Lexus, Ford may have a real winner on their hands.
2. Because of this, this is extremely relevent because until the thing shows up in the show room, like Chevycobb says, it's a pretty stupid poll.
If this was concept versus concept, then it would be a different story. But comparing what is still not much more than a fantasy versus a vehicle that will be on the showroom floor shortly is still no contest.
The best looking production car wins.
This should have been a poll between the Cruize and Taurus or CTS coupe and Taurus instead.

Even as a pure design exercise, the Converj wasn't very impressive.
It's a straight-forward rehash of the "art and science" themes that Cadillac has been showing for many years now, and adds little that we haven't already seen with the Cien, CTS Coupe, and so on. And the powertrain has already been hyped to the max for the Volt.
I suppose it allows GM to test the waters for a FWD hybrid Cadillac, but there's really nothing new here.
