Help kick ford's butt!!!!

Autoblog has a poll up is asking readers to vote for Best of the Best of 2009 NAIAS. The Cadillac Converj was winning by about 1.5% until Ford started sending emails this morning across the entire Ford organization, and then began using Twitter this afternoon to gain votes for the 2010 Taurus. At this point Taurus is winning by several thousand votes. Please vote and spread the word. http://cli.gs/jYpahM

LET'S PUT THEM TO SHAME - VOTE CADDY CONVERJ!!!!!

Holy crap, we're several thousand votes behind now.

Why aren't Camaro and Volt on the list?

EDIT: Converj is in 3rd place, behind the Volvo S60 concept (also a Ford product).

Maybe GM should do the same? Aren't there more GM employees than Ford employees?

Ford Taurus is a REAL car.

Cadillac Converj is NOT a real car.

The Taurus is restricted by practical and engineering constraints of a car that actually has to be sold to real people and pass all government regulations.

The Cadillac Converj is a pure concept car that hasn't had to make the design & engineering compromises in order to sell to the general public.

The Taurus will be on sale in a matter of weeks.

The Cadillac Converj will (after extensive modification for production) go on sale in what????..... 2 years??? 3 years???.... if we're lucky????

My vote is clear and the only way any logical rational vote can go......

FORD TAURUS!!!!...... by a MILE

How does any of that make one car "better" than the other? None of that is relevant to the question.

My logical, rational vote goes to the Caddy. Want to know my logic? Or my rationale? It's the one I'd consider buying.

You can't buy a car that will never be built...

My rationale was that the Taurus had a hottie givin the presentation, the Converj had a gray haired 65 year old man

Why do you think it will never be built? I'm sure the production version will be a bit different, but I'm still interested.

You buy cars based on who was standing near it when you first saw it?

When I went by the Converj, there was nobody by it at all...
