Sure, compared to your 'Busa it's slow, but that is moving for a car...
I guess a pertinent question is: How much money is in the car now (car + mods)?

they were very excited that their $45K car just ran faster than the Z06.
Id like to know how much money that car has in it or what it would cost to duplicate.
how much better of a 60' time could they get with a car that has a raceweight of 4200 lbs?

If this is the best they've got until 2009, they're in for an epic a$$-whipping...
AS LONG AS GM keeps the weight of the Camaro down and puts the right goodies in place from a powertrain standpoint.

11.06 @ 128.9?
My first thought was that they're still not leaving the line like a 600hp car (I'm guessing, but I don't think I'm too high) with drag radials and suspension should. But then I see that they're pulling 1.6 second 60's? Considering the weight, I think that's phenomenal. I'd certainly love to get out of the hole like that.

Give me the same money spent on that pig, I'll put it into my LS1 and run the same time . They're by no means a "Z06 Killer" yet . That's just ONE car. All the rest are still slow as hell .

Give me 1/4th of the same money spent on that pig, and I'll put it into my 5.0 and run the same time.
But that still wouldn't prove anything, and be fairly meaningless in comparison to the GT500, or a Z06, or a 2009 Camaro, or a [insert car here].

Regardless, it is very impressive. Slicks and driving practice look like they are going to put that baby in the mid-low 10's. I want to see ya'll add slicks, longtubes, and a new tune (perhaps a more aggresive blower port as well). Then get some seat time and put this baby in the 9's STREET LEGAL!!!!
