G8 vs CTS, which design hits the bullseye?
I have yet to see the two of them in person, but the CTS to me is a lot more exciting and bold then the G8. The front fender, the die cast vent, the creases in the hood, the lighting, everything looks spot on. The G8 is a nice looking sedan, but doesnt carry the same flair or energy of the CTS.
Since I can't wait for the Camaro forever, I'd like to pick up the CTS this summer to hold me over until 2009/10. Both look great, I also like the new Impala concept (at least from the 1 photo I saw).
Theres a new one black one in Motor Trend with a Volt'ish headlight/grill area . I would say write that one off , but .... they have been a bit accurate as of late with their homebrewed future views .
I would say the G8. Only because the CTS has lost a bit of its edge design wise in my eyes.
The new CTS is obviously head and shoulders better overall, but the smoothed lines lead me to pick the G8.
From VZ to VE, and from Sigma to SigmaII, the Commodore wins.

They both look good, but like Guy said, I like the G8's muscular look and sportier interior. The CTS is gonna do well, it has the flash and class that luxo buyers like, but the G8 has the looks of a sleek sport sedan. I dig the G8
I don't really like the front end of the CTS, the grill is HUGE. The G8 looks pretty good, I would like to see it without the hood scoops though
