Dont like the taillights, or the lower air dam.. I like the wheels but I dont think they quite work with the tweaking the car got.

I guess Pontiac and GM want to be PC now.
Can't call it an arrowhead anymore.

My grandfather had a Dart -- a '68 GTS with a 340 and a four speed, in (I think) B5 Blue, stripe delete. I'd love to have that car now... but I'm not sure what this has to do with Pontiac.

Arrowhead, dart whatever. It's an arrowhead.............

As for the G8, it looks good, real good. I can't wait to see full-blown hi-res images. I like the hoodscoops. I'm not sure the lower front fascia looks better than the Commodores though - it seems less aggressive to me. I'm still not sure why they felt the need to add marker lights in front of the wheel arch on the bumper since there is one in the headlamp assembly and it looks like they carried over the marker light in the vent behind the wheel arch. It just looks unnecessay and detracts from the clean, chiseled yet classy lines of the Commodore. However, the lay-down spoiler looks better than the Comodore SS/SS-V wing, IMO.

All in all though, it looks like it will be a hot car. There'll be some hard choices in the next two years methinks - G8, new CTS, new Camaro coupe and vert as well as the yet unseen Impala. I just don't have enough cash to cover all the bases here - I want em all. It's been a good long while since I felt like a kid in a candy store when it came to GM cars, but the day (at long last) is upon me - again.
