Oh, please don't post the header pic from G8board.com... the site admin has pulled it from there (it was heavily darkened), and has asked other sites to remove it (I did so on the above post)...

 

Someone deleted it for me I didn't realize there were issues with it, its been posted all over the place already.

 

I said it in the other thread, too. The car looks great, but those wheels are terrible.



I hope there are other wheel options when it arrives.

When is the unveiling?

 

Okay... not so sure about that G6ish lower air dam. I was never a fan of the Grand Prix lip spoiler either, so I hope there are other alternatives.

 

I dunno pricing, engines, etc. but I'm assuming $25k for a V6 and $30k for a V8. This is the G8 GT which we should get in late 2007 as a 2008 model. The G8 GXP arrives for the 2009MY and I'm personally hoping for some HSV styling and performance goodies...

The wheels on the G8 GT are HSV and I personally like them, but doubt they'll be on the production version of this car.

As others have pointed out, look at the similarity of the G8 lower front fascia and the G6's...
