That's from the embargo'd pics I've seen (as is the one of the taillamp you posted)... but it doesn't have any web site address on it, so far be it from me to ask you to remove it ;-)

BTW, this is posted on the Pontiac Underground site (http://pontiacunderground.autos.yahoo.com)

We're talking performance here, friends. V8 performance, rear-wheel drive, some pretty impressive styling cues and zero-to-sixty performance in under five-and-a-half seconds, so it's the kind of driving machine worthy of the Pontiac dart. And what's even more exciting is that this is NOT some kind of fantasy car...it's actually going to be on the highways and by-ways of North America in early 2008. We'll have more details on this important new product coming up so check back here for more exclusive details of this latest example of Pontiac's re-commitment to performance and style.
If it's not on sale until early 2008, maybe it will be a 2009 model...

That front end is just dandy with me (and better than the Holden). Again, change the wheels and I'm good to go.

I think the front end is great. It looks like the designers gave the front end of the G8 more thought than the front end of the outgoing GTO.

I think the nature of the car lends itself better to this style then the GTO did...

Ummmm... it's hard to make an auto show webcam, if it's turned on, respect an embargo, when booth workers are projecting the G8 video on the screen (that's where these images came from)...

It's not much of a secret at this point anyway.

Looks a little bit like an Altima - and that's not a bad thing. This thing really is bad ***. I cannot wait to see it hand the Dodge Charger R/T its *** in reviews.

The wheels on the G8 GT are HSV and I personally like them, but doubt they'll be on the production version of this car.

As others have pointed out, look at the similarity of the G8 lower front fascia and the G6's...
Interesting that the concept carries GT emblems and also those HSV wheels, slotted rotors and hoodscoops. You'd think those items would be reserved for the GXP - who knows, maybe they will be on the production car.

So, we're calling it a dart now.
