I dunno about the facelift, but I wonder if the next-gen 2010 or 2011 car won't have more than a passing resemblence to the Volt concept (thinly-disguised way to get feedback on the styling, anyone?)

People have been suggesting that the Volt may be a preview of the RWD Impala. Also the Rally car Ultra or whatever it was called was said to be a preview of the next Cobalt.

Hmmmmmm..... thought the next-gen Impala was a retro derivative of the '67 (much like the 5th gen is a retro derivative of the '69). The WTCC car was designed by a Holden designer, to SE Asian tastes, IIRC...
