The only reason there was no 1983 Corvette is because there were some quality issues that needed to be addressed pre-launch of the C4.... since it would have been a late introduction for model year 83, and the C4 met all 1984 regulations, they dubbed the car an 84 model....

Totally different situation than what the Camaro faces.

Ok, maybe I was wrong, but could have sworn they said engine problems. Any way back to the topic. I just don't see Chevy bringin them back as a wimpy FWD car. No way. I don't like many fords, but those old Cougars were nice. Even though it was a dif. circumstance ( 83 Vette) I still can't see them killing F-body for good.
