Nice work but at least add the rear fender bulge and stretch the roof to fit the body like I did.

I dont like how the side of the nomad jets foward and acts almost like blinders. Slike them back and flush with the front end.
And that nose is too flat, like a brick. Not what I wanted to see.
I figure the back half of the SS, most of the front of the Nomad with a dash of future chevy cars.
Since the SS was a design based off past chevy SS cars, and the Nomad, a modern design using strong retro themes... I fear that this car will be retro, I dont care what anyone else said. This car is gunna end up being retro, and there is nothing I can do about it.

what i don't like is that the concept looks like it was designed in 1984

The front end and windshield should be raked back. Thee greenhouse is too tall and the rear fenderline needs to extend into the door a la C6. The foglamps should also be placed/integrated in vents in the lower bumper a la Impala, C5 and SS concept.

These are all points raised by Evok and Danno in looking at both Crispey's and my original drawings.

I also think that the car is sitting too high for a Camaro. It needs that hunkered down look. This can be made to work... if I only had some free time.

It would be interesting to see the lower half and nose of this car...

... with the hood scoop, roof-line and tail of this car...

I can't do much with MSPaint!

That looks quite a bit like my take 2 drawing and you started with the Nomad. Curious. I do think your drawing looks more Camaro-ish than some of the Photochops of said Nomad.

no way, thats pleny low. Remember, we dont want another mini-vette. People dont want a daily driven mini-vette. Give it a taller ride hight, and leave the lowering to the aftermarket.

That front end looks like the head of my Braun Synchro shaver....

Or, in other words, not unlike the recent Lincoln concepts.

I don't know but some of these concepts are starting to scare me. By the looks of what the car may look like i may start looking back at the Ford guys.

A 2008 Camaro with design cues from a 1999 concept? Come on....you know how goofy and dated concept cars of the early 90's look today. That Nomad concept is already at that point.

Let's stick to the ideas over at C&G.
