I'd say the results of this poll tell it like it is. As of now, 36 out of 46 people voted yes.

t-tops are the best of both worlds. No stang will ever have them. And it is part convert part hard top. I like the wind in the face and stareing into the open sky. you cant do that with a freakin sun roof. all you get with a sun roof is sun on your center console or sun in your eye, not the breez or ne thing. Sun roofs are a waste. U want a sun roof get an impala. T-tops were the most opted for option, next to power windows and door locks, so i would think that gm would bring it back. Its different and no other car has them, i have yet to meet a girl that hasnt liked them or a guy that thinks it rocks. Converts are inpractical as they will wear out over time the canvas makes your head cold in winter, it isnt a solid body structure and you have the dinky little rear window. Converts are a no go to me.

We will have t-tops...I know we will have t-tops.

80% of 2002 Camaro production had t-tops. Firebird t-tops were so popular, you couldn't get a V8 without them in '02. T-tops on 4th gens were vastly better than the rattling, leaky third gen models.

We will have t-tops...I am positive of this. If not, then a targa. My GP has a power moonroof...there is NO COMPARISON. No t-tops will drive me a long way towards not buying one...to me, half the fun of Camaro/Firebird ownership with my 30th and my former '89 RS and '89 Formula were the t-tops...

That is what I was going to say. The C6 can get away with it so its do-able and considered with the money that was made off of a t-top option it certainly has a business case. The only thing is if GM has the ability to incorporate it into "the car's platform" which many other cars would be sharing.

Personally I think it would be a blow to Camaro heritage if t-tops didnt come back with the car (if it comes back). Hell when I shopped for my car, t-tops were the first thing on the list next to the v6 (insurance). I turned down many a hardtop with low miles just to find my baby

I would rather have nothing than to replace the T-Tops with a sunroof. I can't believe people are comparing the two. I guarantee you it won't get the same reception as a T-Topped Camaro would. Love it or hate it, it's part of the Camaro. So either do T-Tops or a targa if possible, but just say "no" to a sunroof. I look at sunroofs as more of a limp-wristed feature any way. (flame suit on)

This coming from a guy that doesn't really like T-Tops at all. If I get a 5th gen, it will be T-Topless. (sorry, had to work the word "topless" into the discussion)
