Anything with a freakin Y pipe sounds tuff with a "aftermarket" muffler. The "hollow" sound in a Mustang (Or any balance piped exhaust) comes from "true" duals and H pipe. Something the F bod has'nt had in a LOONG time.
Higher compression helps the exhaust note as well. Something else that the F bod has had over the Mustang for a while.
