Is that a fusion of a Monte Carlo and SS concept?

No. It was slapping the 5th gen concept roofline to the actual earlier Nomad concept which was based off a 4th gen F-body to see if it still met all the styling rumors.

I does have a Monte Carlo feel to it though, doesn't it?

I like that and it definately looks like a Monte Carlo in a way with the rear window. I would love to see an 08 Zeta long based Monte Carlo with cues from the 80's Monte Carlo SS's those were some sweet looking cars.

But jg95z28 I say if you worked more on the front end of that car by making that lip and the front end curve back more and put those circle lights in boxes that it would be really close.
