Cadillac CTS Coupe unveiled!
Id buy this right now. Wow!
I wouldnt argue against it looking heavy, but so are BMW's and Mercs that it will compete against. I think is dead sexy. If it had a 6.2L blown V8 and a V stamped on the side, like someone else mentioned, Id faint.

TS = Touring Sedan
Now I feel like an idiot
That's what I get for not reading the whole thread.
Does anybody know what platform this car is based on? It looks like the Zeta that's under the Camaro. Am I wrong in this??

I don't like the sedan at all, too burly, to slab sided, wheel wells to amormphous, front fascia has the wrong proportions, rear deck to high...
But this I like, not just because it's a coupe either. Lot of the issues are still there, but I actually like the trunk cut off, it's very futuristic, it makes me think they haven't abandoned the great creativity from some of those old concepts.

Not the same platform as the Camaro.
first impression is it looks bulky to me. Is this thing a hatch? Its basically the same size as a Camaro but not even close in looks. The camaro team better keep an eye on BMW with option packages. IMO
It's most likely the Sigma platform, since that's what the sedan is riding on and since it's Cadillac's platform. I don't think they'd show a concept so close in styling to the sedan that just hit the market and not have it on the same platform.
Suspension:
four-wheel independent: MacPherson strut front; multilink rear, progressive rate coil springs, monotube shock absorbers
