rubbing tires

Im being a posting ***** about these tire and wheel questions but heres another one. My friend insists you cant put an 11inch wide wheel in the back without rubbing somewhere those who have them how did you get them to fit and do they rub? Also those who have them in the front do you ever have any rubbing up there?

I have seen a few guys with the 11" wheels and there are couple place that can rub on the rear, but nothing a little hammer didn't cure.

well my friend had 18x9.5's with like 65mm offset or something and they rubbed some if I got a better offset would it be possible to keep them from rubbing, he already beat teh hell out off the wheel well. where can it rub besides that?

I ran 315's out back and had a little tire slice issue but all you need to do is roll the fender and its fine. I also am running a rather large drop so that will come in to play as well. Factory ride height don't typically have that problem.

Im running 17x11's on rear w/315's no drop springs yet but I had rubbing on the passanger side so I put a adj. pan hard rod on that took care of the rubbing on that side but youll have to pound in some spots on the inner fender wells for sure on both sides. Oh im running zr1's with 50mm offset with a 5mm spacer there are some pics of the spacing in my profile check it out.
