Rear Brake Question

What is the Difference between F-body rear brakes and Corvette rear brakes? Can Corvette calipers be bolted onto a fourth gen?

The LS1 F-body rear brakes are actually slighly larger in both pad area and rotor diameter than the C5 rears. A 98-02 rear brake setup would be a much easier conversion than trying to adapt the C5 setup.

If a LT1 car owner converted his rear brakes to a LS1 setup, would it be more likely to have the dreaded axle hop on hard braking? I'd think it would be possible, but am looking for opinions.
