Question Question About Alignment

hows it going everybody, I just had a quick question. I have eibach pro kit springs and KYB gas a just shocks. My current alignment is stock specs. I found some alignment specs for autox/street. The specs are:
Alignment
Camber (deg) Caster (deg) Toe (deg)
factory +1(± .5) +3(± .5) 0.15(± .5)
autox/street -0.5 +4.0 0.0
autox* -1.5 +4.5 1/16 inch toe out

* Autox setting listed only possible with front end lowered approximately 1.5" from stock

I was wondering if I should have my car aligned to the autox/street spec? I don't autox but the handeling on the street is important and maybe do some canyon carving. But I do sometimes drag race. So I was wondering if I should do this kind of a alignment or not. Any suggestions and ideas would be greatly apprecaited. Thanks.

Cool

sorry to make this post big but I also found these specs on f-body.org faq.

Q: What are some suggested front end alignment specs?

A: Based on some list member recommendations:

Caster Camber Toe Total
(deg) (deg) (in)
L R L R
Stock suspension +3.5 +3.5 -.5 -.5 0
Eibach springs +4 +4 -.8 -.8 0

How are these specs?

Personally, this is what I'd do and why...

Caster - +4 or so. I run 4.7- 4.8. Positive caster will enhance straight line stability. It also has a side benefit of generating more negative camber in a turn.

Camber - You won't get much more than .-7 or so. A little negative camber will help to keep the tire upright in a hard corner instead of rolling over onto the side wall. All 4th gen F-Body's are camber challenged, there is very little you can do to get a lot of negative camber in these cars without resorting to major changes. Anything less than -1 shouldn't really affect your tire wear (on the inside of the tire). You do want some negative camber though, how much you can get on your car just depends. I would tell them to max it out.

Toe - The main affect here is straight line stability. However, toe out encourages better turn in response. The trade off is that it might cause the car to wander a little in a straight line. Most cars are aligned for toe in. I've been using zero toe which is ok but because I autocross, I'm going to go with a little toe out. Either way, the changes are slight (maybe 1/16 toe in or 1/16 toes out). I'm going to try Sam's recommendation of 3/32 total toe out. you're safe with zero toe.

Here is a good article discussing suspension settings.

Basically, I've been told to max out the positive caster and negative camber. I left everything even on my car on both sides.

For toe, my tires aren't grippy enough to wander. So running a 3/32 toe out is no problem for me.
