Broken Driveshaft

I went to the track yesterday and after a burnout I stagged up.
I go to launch the car and as I release the clutch pedal I hear a BOOM. I broke an LS1 driveshaft I installed over a year ago. Can u guys recommend a stronger shaftm, and where i can get it. Thanks.

Ditch the aluminum shaft and get a good steel shaft. Two places I have used that have good products and service are Denny's Driveshaft and Dynotech.
