I beg to differ. I hear idiots all the time call my car a Firebird, or I hear them call a Firebird a Camaro. Makes me want to knock them upside the head for their ignorance It's not really an insult to either car, both being fbodys and all, but come on, everyone should know the difference when they see one or the other. There are stupid people all around us. Besides, a banner looks better than those stupid body color vinyl sheets alot of people put on their windshields that come half way down. I mean, what is up with that?

Yeah, this belongs in the appearance section.

I like the Camaro banners, they let all those a$$holes know how to spell camAro. That bugs the hell out of me when I see an add for a camEro, what is that crap?

I used to get those exact banners for my cars, only I would put it on the hatch instead of the windsheild... reason being the one banner I put on the windsheild is laying on I-55 somwhere in between here and Bloomington, hehe.

Anyway, they do look good at first, but they don't clean easy and they fade quickly. Plan on replacing it about every 5-6 months.

Thumbs down

DON'T!! I used to have PONTIAC on my windshield. It looked dumb after a while, and very tacky. I like it way better with it off.

If you have a 4th-gen Camaro go to Chevrolet and order part #10229455, its the white CAMARO windshield banner that came on the 93 and 96 Pace Car Camaros. It matches the curve of the windshield and if put on properly will stick as good as the paint does to the body. I don't know what kind of banners OctaneZ28 was using, but mine is 6 years old and looks as bright and clean as the day it was put on.
They're a bit pricier than the $10 Pepboys ones, mine was like $36 and that was in 1996, but like I said, 6 years later it still looks like new.

I have done a few that are ther pontiac or camaro logos flipped backwards so they are readable to the slow moving traffic in front of you..

those are pretty cool and a bit differant from the usual style.

I match the curve of the window as well....
let me know if anyones interested

Dont bother with the stickers...Some people may not know what the F-Body is but thats their loss. But theres no reason to put those on...waste of money. What...now you want people to drive by and say "Look there is that guy and his CHEVROLET CamAro. Why would he do that to such a nice car....Ok so im kinda exaggerating but after awhile the sticker loses its novelty and youll end up peeling it off anyways cause youre pissed at it. Besides the only other people i know who put up sticker are ricers (come on weve all seen them advertising that they have a CIVIC or a VTEC) and we all know how cool ricers are and we should be scared of their 50hp stickers....

I only like the ones that are in the offical Camaro font and Camaro covers the windshield from end to end, It might be what the pace cars have I am not sure, I don't see many pace cars around here.
