if by "will it work?" you mean does it bolt in place of the stock one, of course not.

14" is not too small
You will need an adapter to mount it on the steering column. If they don't offer a Chevy adapter it won't work.

If the 5-bolt pattern is the same as a Grant wheel, you could use the
Grant 3rd Gen kit, like many of us have. I have a 13" wheel.... very comfortable.
