hey the pocket screw you put one of those black clips in the hole and put a big black screw in there ?

 

i just drilled the hole for the pocket screw quite a bit smaller than the screw size. That way it would thread in real tight. Its worked great for me and i've had the panel off several times now. Just don't over tighten it and strip it out.
