Cool Sun Visor

Hows it going everybody? My sun visor in my car fell down. I tried to put it back up but it seems like something inside broke. So I was wondering would I have to buy a whole new sun visor or could I just purchase the mounting part? Also where would I be able to purchase this? Any part numbers and help would be greatly apprecaited. Thanks for your time and help.

mine falls down about every couple months. i've been too lazy to try to fix it for good. i don't think it's actually broken, i think it's just quality GM craftsmanship. when i put it back in, i give it a good pop with my fist, and that's good enough to hold it for a month or two. it was a little scary the first time it fell in my lap, as i was taking a corner pretty fast at the time.

if you find a permanent fix for this, i'd be interested to hear it.

My passenger visor broke off a few months ago. With the help from a friend, I got a brand new one from a dealer in S. Cali. I was picky about mine though. I wanted one with a mirror and the dealers around here told me they're only making them without mirrors now.

Hey My Mighty White 95 Z28,

If it is the driverside one you need. I think I still have mine (from my 93) in the garage. If you are interested send me an email.
