Stainless/Chrome/Plated nuts & bolts?
I while back I remember someone posting a weblink to a place that sold stainless, chrome, plated nuts & bolts, does anyone recall the website? I tried searching here (CZ28.com) and found nothing, does anyone know of a site? I am looking to replace a few nuts and bolts that have become shabby looking in my engine compartment w/ new ones. ...On a related note, should I be looking for stainless? or do they chrome plate (or other plate?) nuts and bolts? What finish will hold up the best over the long run? TIA. -Jeff

P.S. If you are just looking for a few misc. pieces - nothing that that place sells, you need to call a local bolt supplier. Look under the yellow pages in your phone book under "Bolts & Nuts" and tell them you are looking for some 18-8 Stainless Bolts in whatever sizes you are looking for. If you have no idea what sizes you are looking for - just take the bolts in that you want to replace and tell them that you want them in 18-8 stainless (or if you want cheap and good looking probably for a while just go with zinc plated).
