You are correct about the post count. If I were buying and selling a lot on the board, yah, I could see needing my 1552 posts, but since I am here mostly in the appearance and LT1 tech section, I am not too concerned. Thanks for looking out though.

i had a friend with a regular one and we used to beat it like a red headed step child

 

It still amazes me how the big wigs of these car corps' will do anything for a buck by riding the "fast and furious" rice wave.

How you could put an "SVT" badge on something like a Cobra and a Lightning and then turn around and stick it on a 170hp 4-banger Fu*kus and a Contour.....is retarded. Bordering on criminal. Seriously though.....a Contour??? jeez

 

Some folks need to leave the dragstrip and check out the Auto-X.

I bet you quite a few Camaro owners on this board would be dissapointed when their LS1 or LT1 got a slower time than a 4-banger when driving was actually involved. And yes, I have witnessed this several times with my own eyes.

I have even seen Miata's (well built - not stock) get times less than a second slower than a SUPERCHARGED Viper with some other work.

Driving is fun - going in a strait line is boring.
